He is a budding criminal lawyer of Punjab and Haryana High Court
and is known crusador of Human Rights. With his bold and daring
stand against violators of human rights, he has carved a niche
for himself in the homan rights feild. He has remained associated
with the investigation documentation of cases of human rights
violations in Punjab since long. His role in successful functioning
of People's Commission on the human rights violations in Punjab
in 1998 was quite appreciable. He has authored a detail account
of proceedings of People's Commission in his book titled "People's
Commission on human rights violations in Punjab." This book
is a milestone in the human rights era and discovers the extent
of loss that has been caused to the people during the days of
terrorism in Punjab.
